Update: The Corporate office is very responsive and is refunding my membership. I would love to support this business again, if they could resolve the issue with the towels and empathy less management. Emily at this location is very responsive and supportive.
I've been a Circle member pretty much since they've been open. The number of times I've had issues leaves me with fingers left over on one hand--none of them trauma inducing and quickly remedied with smiles. I have a four year old car that looks as if it's fresh off the showroom floor--inside and out and the $.10 off per gallon of gas is another plus. I'm heading over right now....
Usually very good at cleaning my car. Just recently went through and purchased the super shine and they did a horrible job. Half assed everything. Waste of 21.35.
Great job. I am the owner of small detail shop and I can say this place is not bad. I never go through car washes but wanted to give this a shot for fun. Just wish my wheels where a little cleaner for $20. Didn't want to spend that much more for wheels but over all good job and didn't scratch car
Beware of the scam to get you to buy a service option without telling you the price. On my last visit the attendant asked me if I wanted my car wiped down. Thinking it was part of the full service I asked for I said Ok only to find out it was an option. My bill was $39.50. An expensive car wash to say the least. In addition to that scam they didn't even do a good job. It is my last visit to this place
I am very dissatisfied with the service at this establishment. My car is practically new and does not take much maintainance. On my initial visit, the attendant did not vacuum between the seats which was one of the main reasons that I wanted the interior cleaned. There was lint all over the inside and outside of my vehicle and I was told that was a result of 'new towels'. This is not a good excuse. The manager suggested that I request microfiber towels - - - which is quite ridiculous to me. If you know this is an issue, you should invest in different towels or use.microfiber on all vehicles. During my second trip, I requested microfiber and there was less lint outside but lint on the inside of the windows. On my third trip, I requested microifiber (inside and outside) and was told that microfiber was only used after wax jobs. Is it acceptable to have lint all over your car after a car wash? Well, the attendant suggested that I wipe my car down after the wash... REALLY?
