Needs updating
I have been going to this spa now for about 3 years. They have always been polite and friendly. I was never unsatisfied with a service i received. Because of this, I got my mother a gift card to Mario's for her birthday. I have only ever been to the one in Aurora, so I told my mom to go there; she'd love it. I was so extremely disappointed in my mom's service especially after I talked to place up, I will probably only go back to use the gift card I have laying around. We live in Akron so Mario's isn't right down the road. After we had been on our way there for about 15 minutes I get a call from them saying their technician that was supposed to do my mom's massage called off and her appointment would be pushed back a half hour. That was a pain but ok. We just stopped in to the outlet mall for a half hour. When we get there, we stood at the front desk for 5 minutes because someone came to help us. Once we got there they took my mom right upstairs to the women's waiting room where she sat for 25 minutes. Luckily we didn't have plans for after because at this point we would have been an hour behind. They never gave her a robe to change into which in our minds is a big part of the experience; sitting around in a fluffy robe while you wait. Her massage was just ok. They were probably short staffed that day but because I have been somewhat of a regular there for three years, I expect great service. I sure did pay for it and never got it. I think they may be going downhill.
